| I am a Senior IT Executive with expertise in customer-facing technology, product development and data management strategies for business intelligence. My strengths include identifying customer needs and developing analytic CRM, ERP strategies to meet them as well as integrating business process applications and business intelligence solutions on web platforms that meet customer needs and impacts revenues.
I have worked for financial services companies, IT Service Delivery companies, and technology companies. My 15-plus years in Information Technology include the leadership of IT services and database operations, as well as the management of software development, database design, and technical services projects. My last six years were spent at Fannie Mae where I oversaw the development and delivery of integrated technology and data analytic services, including the upgrade and implementation of data warehouses and data infrastructures. A resident of Maryland, I hold an MBA in Strategic Management from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. In addition to my PMP and CSPO Certifications, I possess extensive ITIL, Executive Management, and Technology training, and hold multiple technology certifications. My interests include college basketball and football particularly March Madness and Northwestern Football. |
